It all started with a weekend warriorâs passion for bringing comfort, character, and function to his familyâs first home. That drive sparked the idea, and eventually, the creation, of Tâs Home Solutions.
After more than a decade in the corporate world, leading business development and sales teams in the financial services industry, our founder, Taylor Michael decided it was time for a change. Fueled by a passion for home improvement and a desire to make a more direct impact in his community, he launched Tâs Home Solutions â a company built on skill, trust, and a genuine love for helping people improve their homes.
With hands-on experience spanning over ten years in home renovation and several years in property management, Taylor brings a practical, problem-solving mindset to every project. He understands the most common needs homeowners face, and just as importantly, how to meet them with care, clarity, and professionalism. From his strong communication and organizational skills to his attention to detail, Taylorâs approach is rooted in one core value: integrity. Every project is treated with the same level of dedication he would give his own home.
Taylor was born and raised in Syracuse, and now lives in Baldwinsville with his wife, two children, and their family dog. His values were shaped early on by his upbringing, education, and years as a student-athlete playing collegiate lacrosse, where he learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and hard work. Today, those same principles guide both his business and personal life. When heâs not working on a project, youâll likely find him participating in his childrenâs activities, enjoying time with family, or cheering on the philadelphia eagles.
